Match and Range Schedules

2017 ENGC Range Schedule v12 – This is a listing of the events at the range.


– Check this carefully so you will be able to use the range you are planning on.

– ENGC is a private club.

– Matches are open to the members and non-members (the public).

– Please contact each match director for details.

– Volunteers are needed to man the hundred yard range.

– Please contact a Range Officer if you can help.

– Please check the Match Basics page for information about matches you may be interested in.

– The range work and clean-up day is ???.  All ranges will be closed from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with the exception of the trap range.


Hunter Sight-in Information

15 Oct 9:00am to 3:00pm
5 Nov 9:00 to 3:00pm
6 Nov 9:00 to 3:00pm

– Fee $10.00 per firearm … club furnishes targets, spotters, and benches.

– Targets will be set so all rounds impact into berms.

– Targets will be set at 50yds, 100yds and 200yds.

– We will sight-in high power and small bore rifles and pistols, shotguns and black powder firearms.

– We will not allow any full automatic weapons on our property for this event and all firearms must be loaded one round at a time.

– We will be using our upper range for sighting in.

– Shooting area is outdoors, consider all facilities are primitive and no running water.

– Depending on crowd you might have to transport your gear a distance so be prepared and organized.

– All firearms must be unloaded, removed from covers and storage cases with bolts open and muzzles at 12 o’clock.

– All firearms must be placed in rifle racks w/bolts open and unloaded until you are called to sight-in.

– No prior reservations are available or required, you will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

– The club main gate will be open for entry, follow the road to the registration trailer at the first major range that you see. (600 yard range)

– You should be met by traffic control at the 600 yard range for parking, safety, and sign-in instructions.

– ENGC can not accommodate the sighting in of firearms at any other time.

Things you must remember to bring:

– Food and drinks (non-alcoholic) if you plan on eating and drinking.

– Ear protection for everyone in your group.

– Eye protection for everyone in your group.

– Proper clothing … consider suntan lotion and snow gear, expect it all.

– Correct ammo for gun being sighted in and at least 20 rounds of ammo for each gun being sighted in.

– Anyone wishing to sight-in a handgun under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult.

– Anyone wishing to sight-in a rifle or shotgun under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

– All children must have the same protection as adults.

– Children must be kept away from the firing line with a supervising adult.


  • ENGC Meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month.
